Step 1: Start Preparation :

Start unloading equipment and gears. Then begin to polish the floor surface with diamond grinders (all grinders are connected to the vacuum system to minimize dust).

Step 2: Concrete Repairs

Repair the holes and cracks using penntek menders and fillers before applying the basecoat. Now grind the repaired area to obtain a smooth, flat surface.

Step 3: Apply Primer

Use 100% Penntek Pure Polyurea self-primer hard mix. A primer is applied to obtain a smooth surface.

Step 4: Apply the Chips

After applying the primer, spread the chips by hand to achieve lovely colors and textures that can be customized based on the customer’s color choice.

Step 5: Scrape off the excess chip

After the primer is completely dry, pick up the excess part. This will make the surface clean and fully hardened.

Step 6: Transparent Coat

To get the finishing touch, a layer of clear UV and UV resistant polyaspartic acid coating is applied to provide protection and add beauty to the new epoxy floor.
